1. They're Everywhere. With sixteen branches, there's bound to be one near you. There's probably several near you. Our closest library is a five minute drive away, but there are two others nearby that we sometimes frequent just for a bit of variety. If you live up north (or in Rio Rancho) Don't forget about their library too!

2. Storytime. We've always had fabulous storytime experiences. Each branch seems to offer something a little different, so if you don't like the first one you try, choose a different one. Some are more age group specific (i.e. geared specifically towards toddlers or preschoolers), while others are open to all ages. Some offer lots of books, while others are full of music and moving. We've done a simple craft before also. Most do not require any advance registration.
